When will my order ship?

Orders usually are processed and ship out within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on a Friday and the weekends will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. *Due to Covid, please allow 7-10 days for shipping. Please refer to our shipping policy for more updated information.

Where is my package?

If your tracking info says your package has been delivered but you are unable to find it, please contact your local post office. 

If you live in a building with multiple residents, be sure to check with the reception or the front office. 

If your tracking info is not updating, please contact USPS. Your local post office can check on the status for you as well. 

Check your order form to be sure you entered the correct spelling and information for shipping. 

My order is incorrect or missing items?

If your order arrives incorrect or missing and item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, your order will no longer qualify for assistance.

Be sure to include all the pertinent information including your name, incorrect or missing item, your email, order number, date of purchase. We will assist you ASAP and correct the situation. 

My item arrived defective?

If you believe you received a defective or broken item, please contact us immediately. We need to be notified within 24 hours of receiving your package. Send us an email with a picture of the defective item, along with your name, email, order number, and date of purchase. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we can only assume the damage was from your wear and tear. Brynn and Lizzy is not responsible for damages occurring during shipping. Please contact the carrier's claim department for assistance.

Help, I would like to exchange an item??

We will only allow exchanges for the same item. Meaning, if you needed another size. We do not allow exchanges for different items or colors. Please be aware that you are responsible for return shipping if your item has been approved for return to our store. Also, there is no guarantee that we will have the size you need once we receive your return. Due to our limited quantity, we advise you to purchase the new size once your item has been approved for return to our store. Once your return has been received, you will then be refunded if product meets our return policy.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Brynn and Lizzy is not a manufacturer of clothing, home decor, or accessories.

I made a purchase but then was refunded for those items...What happened?

Unfortunately, it means the item/items are not longer in stock or we found it defective and unable to sell. You should of received an email alerting you of the reasons for the refund. If you can not find the email, please check your spam folder. 

I want a certain item but is out of stock...When will it be restocked??

We can not guarantee items will be restocked. Unfortunately, we are not always able to reorder items from our vendors. If items sell out quickly, we will do our best to reorder as soon as its available. If we are able to restock, it could be a few days to a couple of weeks. It all depends on how quickly the vendor can provide the requested items. 

Why cant some items come in bigger sizes??

The vendors do not take sizing request and we purchase what is available. If we are able to order larger sizes then we put them in our Curvy Gal section. Otherwise, we purchase what is available which usually means small-large.
